Doris Goins became a Certified Quilt Judge in 2005, by the National Quilting Association. Since this organization disbanded in 2015, she is now certified by the National Association of Certified Quilt Judges. She held the initial office of Treasurer for the new organization for 6 years. Doris judges both large and small shows throughout the country. During Doris’s presentation we will learn what criteria quilt judges use while judging quilts. This undoubtedly will improve our personal quilting with design and construction tips and tricks. Doris has been a certified guilting judge since 2005. I’m excited for her to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with us!
